Dear Dr. Sound,
I was looking at the manual for the AM-1 directional array mic entitled "AM-1 Setup Guide for the Polycom® Video Conferencing Systems" and I noticed that the balanced output of the control module is connected to the unbalanced inputs of the Polycom® codecs. There is no detail drawing of the cable, only the XLR end.

Dear Terry,
Since you are taking a balanced output and connecting it to a un-balanced input you would need to modify or purchase a pre-made cable. Basically, you need to create a jumper wire from the XLR output to the RCA ends that connects pin 3 (COLD) and pin 1 (GROUND) in order get the signal to your input. Essentially you will have a cable like this:
