Dear Dr. Sound,
After I install the SP-11N in an M-9000M2 pre-amp, am I able to use a DA-250FH to do multi-channel VOIP paging, or do I need different equipment to achieve this?

To create a 4 a zone SIP paging system with the equipment you mentioned you would need the following:
- M-9000M2 x 1
- SP-11N x 1
- T-001T x 1
- DA-250FH x 1
